WANTED: NEW HOMEOWNER! I am a house that my owner is selling because I've gotten too big for them! I have wonderful attributes, if you don't mind I would like to brag about myself a bit, if I may. I am situated on a cul-de-sac with no neighbors to my right, I have a beautiful lake in the back and a very large lake to my right side. Oh useful and practical my center island is, it makes it great by giving plenty of room to be creative with new recipes. My cabinet shelves are adjustable and all of my lower cabinets have slide out shelves. It really saves my back! I can remember smelling the delicious cookies that were made at the holidays and the wonderful Sunday dinners that were made. They would sit down in my very large dining room to enjoy gatherings as I entertained many guests over the years. My living room is awesome! It's so big and comfy that the only thing that makes it better is a big fluffy pillow and a blanket to snuggle up and watch T V. Also, on my first floor I have a very functional office that you can make another bedroom, den, or library it even has a door for extra privacy for those overnight guests you may have.


As you ascend up my staircase you won't know which direction to turn first! My first guest room faces the front of the house that has a walk in closet and its big enough for a queen bedroom set and still have room for a desk. I have two other guest rooms that face the lake in the backyard. As you awake in morning you will see the sunrise reflecting off the water and watch the egrets and sandhill cranes fishing for their morning breakfast. As you go down my hallway you'll see the main bath that is pretty good size. I have a full shower/tub and marble vanity along with an over-the-john cabinet for extra storage. Oh my master suite is really a retreat! It goes the entire length of my house. My bathroom sits in the front of the house with my garden tub you can just soak in a bubble bath and relax after a hard day! I have a walk in shower with glass doors for when you have to be up and out early. A marble vanity that boasts 2 sinks for get ready or you can just spread your stuff out all over! My master suite is large enough to have all the bedroom furniture you'll need and I can still fit in a chaise lounge so you can lay down and read a good book.
