quality began in 2019 when a family of builders built a home from a basic block framed home. an entire home was framed on the inside of the block and the outside was given siding – all walls were insulated and the ceiling were insulated. from plumbing to electrical to the hvac to the roof, each item was carefully chosen and installed.
from there, they began the build by following their scottish roots to create their beloved cottage. many cottages are long buildings which this already was, but to add room, two primary suites were added on to the home. inside, cottage style prevailed with beautiful beams , neutral colors, and an open floor plan with large windows and tall ceilings. wide window sills often are a part of this style and that is definitely a part of this home. gorgeous trim accented the artistry with its clean lines. pattern drenching began with the flooring and, as is typical, more pattern was added to the décor through florals, and homespun articles that are typical of the warm and welcoming spaces. timeless charm and modern comfort blend to create “home.”
