the slip #18 is a deep draft main walkway siding that has never needed dredging because of its unique 20 year flow pattern. the seller has owned slip #18 for nearly 20 years as was recommended by paul bennett and it is an amazingly well placed slip. dimensions are 50 ft x 17 ft x 7ft depth at extreme low tide (usually much deeper). it is a good slip for sail and motor boats.
